Do you have a burning question you’d like to ask a pro-bookseller? Here’s your chance to ask us anything! Join CIBA’s team of experienced bookseller mentors for a special summer program. There will be no formal presentation at these events – simply log on and ask all your burning questions!

Bio: Heather is the founder/owner of Ella Minnow since 2006. The east end storefront is a local hub and community destination Toronto folks looking for great books and a clever assortment of games and craft offerings. With a staff of four, they also do significant school business supplying libraries and running fundraising bookfairs. The bookstore also often serves as a front for Heather's kitten rescue! Heather is active in the Canadian bookselling community, currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Independent Bookseller Association.
