Do you have a burning question you’d like to ask a pro-bookseller? Here’s your chance to ask us anything! Join CIBA’s team of experienced bookseller mentors for a special summer program. There will be no formal presentation at these events – simply log on and ask all your burning questions!

Mentor: Jessica Walker, Owner/Managing Partner of Munro’s Books (BC)

Bio: Jessica Walker has been a bookseller for 35 years. She has worked at general, specialty, and university bookstores, and has been at Munro's since 2000. In 2014, she and three other staff members were given the bookstore by founder Jim Munro.

Jessica loves to talk about:

• replenishment the art of displays
• merchandising within sections
• learning to not do it all yourself!
• training, training, training!
